How long does it take to ship my order?
We strive to ship all orders same or next day (Monday - Friday).
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Shipping
How will my order ship?
We work exclusively with UPS, all orders ship UPS Ground.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Can you ship to a PO box?
At the moment we only ship to residential or commercial addresses.
Returns
How do I start a return?
Please use our contact form to start a return. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
